Librarians as #TransferChampions
Enjoy this “Transfer Allies on Campus” episode of #TransferNationTalks featuring Librarians as #TransferChampions! Judith Brauer with @NISTS interviews Peggy Nuhn and Karen Kaufmann, co-authors of Supporting Transfer Student Success: The Essential Role of College and University Libraries. They discuss how librarians support transfer students, why librarians make great partners in your work to support transfer students, and how the two guests embody what it means to be a transfer champion - which we define as an agent, connector, and advocate for transfer students.
